Developing a three-column table helped to guide the outline of my personal learning implementation outline. My Big Hairy Audacious Goal (BHAG) had to have a purpose and ultimately align with the vision for our campus. With my goal established, it served as a guide when creating my three-column table and it was then easier for me to follow up and align my outline for professional learning implementation. The purpose of each learning goal, or phase, is to help educators reach the BHAG and hope that this opens up the opportunity for them to aim their own BHAG at creating lifelong learners. The course outcomes planning process and the 3-Column table influence my innovation plan because I realize as an instructional coach, my job is to reach teachers first in order for them to reach students and motivate them to become lifelong learners. The ultimate goal is to help students reach their learning potential but classroom teachers are the ones who have the power to influence through their modeling first.
